4th of July Notice

Our offices will be closed Friday, July 3rd, 2020, in observance of Independence Day. There will not be any pick-ups or local deliveries on Friday. All payroll information must be turned in no later than the schedule indicated below so that payroll can be processed and shipped on time.
If your payroll check date is on:
Monday July 6, 2020- payroll must be turned in by
Wednesday (7/1/2020) noon 12pm CST
Tuesday July 7, 2020- payroll must be turned in by
Thursday (7/2/2020) noon 12pm CST
To make any changes or special arrangements for the delivery/distribution of your payroll or for any concerns, please contact your payroll processor at the McAllen Office (956) 928-0688 * fax (956) 928-0963 or our San Antonio Office (210) 737-2848 * fax (210) 737-1265. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th, 2020.
